I did a shoot that is in the current issue that took place at Tuckahoe Plantation with the top artists in the area including Courtney Spencer of Merriment Events, Natalie & Rachel of Avenue 42, Gay from A Pimento (BEST & Most gorgeous food!), Maggie Austin Cakes, and many many more but go grab yourself a copy at any Barnes & Nobles! Our inspiration: Our inspiration was the beautiful, modern reception space at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. We fell in love with how light and open it was and wanted to keep our decor simple and clean. At the same time we wanted a fun vibe for the evening so we tried to add some bright pops of color with our floral arrangements. Keeping the atmosphere fun and focusing on celebrating with our family and friends were always the most important things to us and we tried to remain true to this during the planning process! We were also really fortunate to find exceptional vendors that made this a reality for us and allowed us to relax and enjoy this very special day.
